Build me a small writing helper called No AI Slop that strips out the most common AI sounding phrases from a draft, but keeps the writer’s voice intact.

I want it to catch the usual stuff like “it’s not X, it’s Y,” “what nobody tells you,” fake deep endings, vague corporate fluff, and other over polished phrasing. When it edits text, it should also tell me what it changed so I can see which parts were removed or rewritten. If I ask whether a passage is slop, it should point out the patterns it finds without making up claims about who wrote it.

Make it easy to use as a skill or plugin inside ChatGPT or similar tools, and include clear instructions for installing and running it. Keep the behavior focused on editing writing, not rewriting everything into bland generic prose. If you need to check current docs or plugin requirements online, go ahead and do that.
