Build me a self hosted AI workspace that feels like ChatGPT or Claude, but runs on my own machine and keeps my data private. I want to log in, open a clean web app, and chat with either local models or API models like Ollama, OpenAI, OpenRouter, llama.cpp, or similar.

It should also have an agent mode that can use tools like web search, files, shell commands, memory, and saved skills to complete tasks for me. Add a model cookbook that checks my hardware, recommends models, and helps download and serve them. I’d like deep research that gathers sources and turns them into a nice report, plus a blind model comparison screen.

Please include a document editor with AI suggestions, notes, reminders, tasks, email triage through IMAP and SMTP, and a local calendar with CalDAV sync. Make it work well on phone and desktop, with settings inside the app, Docker setup, sane defaults, and clear security warnings for running it outside localhost.
