Build me this airfoil shape optimization project so I can run the full workflow end to end from a single command.

I want it to generate the mesh, build the free form deformation geometry, run the CFD case, use the discrete adjoint to get gradients, and then drive the optimization until it finds a better airfoil while keeping lift and the other constraints where they should be. Please make both cases work, the transonic RAE 2822 one and the low Reynolds MH139 F one, with the right case files and defaults for each. It should also save the results in a clear way, with plots of pressure, shape change, and optimization history, so I can see what improved.
