Build me an English learning app for Vietnamese students called EngAce. I want it to feel like a personal AI tutor, not just a normal dictionary or quiz app.

Users should be able to search English words and get clear Vietnamese friendly explanations, examples, idioms, phrasal verbs, and meanings based on context. They should also be able to generate custom multiple choice practice assignments based on their level, topic, and quiz type, with the difficulty adapting as they improve.

Add a writing review page where users paste their English writing and get feedback on grammar, style, coherence, and practical suggestions to improve it. Also include an AI chat companion for English learning questions, study advice, and conversation practice. The chat should support deeper answers, optional web grounding through Google Search, and image attachments if possible.

Use a React frontend with a .NET backend and Gemini integration. Keep privacy in mind, the user’s API key and Google info should stay on their own device and be removed when they log out. Look up current docs online if needed.
