Build me a local only phishing simulation template workbench for security awareness teams.

I want to open a web app on localhost, browse a folder of templates, and preview each email or landing page with fake sample data filled in, like first name, email, tracking links, sender, and base URL. It should support templates for Phishing Club and GoPhish, including data.yaml files and shared or template specific assets.

Make it easy to test how a template looks on mobile, tablet, and desktop. I also want a button to copy the final processed HTML, download a template folder, or export the whole template collection as a zip.

Please include local email testing through Mailpit, so I can send a test email and check the rendered email, HTML and CSS support, and SpamAssassin score. Keep everything safe for local development only, with Docker Compose and a simple make command to start it. Look up current docs online if needed.
