Build me an open source photobooth app for parties and weddings. I want it to run on a Raspberry Pi, Linux, or Windows, and work with a DSLR, Raspberry Pi camera, or webcam.

The app should have a clean modern touch friendly screen with a live camera preview on the home page, then a countdown before taking photos. Guests should be able to make normal photos, animated GIFs, collages, boomerangs, and 3D wigglegrams. It should feel fast and responsive so people are not waiting around between shots.

Please make the backend in Python and the frontend in Vue 3. I also want support for using more than one camera, like one camera for the live preview and another for high quality photos. If possible, add WLED support so LED rings can show the countdown.

Keep it simple to install and configure, and check the current docs online if you need to.
