Build me an Omarchy styled home screen and launcher for TVs and phones that feels sleek, dark, and keyboard friendly. I want it to replace the default TV home with a tiled workspace style layout, app shortcuts, a menu, and a screensaver with animated wallpapers. It should support a bunch of visual themes so the whole interface can switch between different looks without breaking the layout.

Also include a simple assistant panel for help and quick actions, plus a way to link the TV to my Omarchy PC or Mac so I can jump between them. If it makes sense, add a small phone companion app for wireless install and setup, and keep the whole thing easy to switch back from if I change my mind.

Make it work for Android TV first, and keep the code clean enough that it could also be adapted for webOS, Tizen, and desktop related parts later. Look up current docs online if you need to.
