Build me a self hosted app that works like a mini Lovable for full stack projects.

I want to type in an app idea, and the system should plan it, create a GitHub repo, set up a TiDB Cloud database branch, spin up a Vercel sandbox, write the app code, generate migrations, run them, and then deploy a preview.
