Build me the Android only agent app for PTDT Dialer, like a real sideloadable APK that agents can install on their phones. It should let an agent log in, see their workspace, place calls, and handle incoming calls, with the app staying connected to the backend the same way the web app does, plus the extra mobile endpoints from the spec. Keep it as a React Native bare app with a clean login flow, basic navigation, and the call handling pieces wired up so it can use the phone audio and native incoming call UI.

This is for the agent role only, no Play Store, no iPhone version. Please set up the project so it can be bootstrapped on a machine, built into a signed release APK, and uploaded to the backend for downloads and update checks.
