Build me a VS Code extension that makes Claude Code agents feel like tiny coworkers in a pixel art office.

When I open a panel in VS Code, I want to see an office scene where each Claude Code terminal becomes its own animated character. If the agent is writing code, reading files, running commands, waiting for me, or finished, the character should visually react with simple animations, speech bubbles, and an optional sound. I should be able to click a button to create a new agent, select characters, move them to seats, and see sub agents appear as their own linked characters.

Please include an office layout editor so I can paint floors and walls, place furniture, undo and redo, import and export layouts, and save the office across VS Code windows. Include built in pixel furniture and characters, plus a way to load extra asset folders from my computer.
