Build me a PocketMine MP Skyblock plugin that lets a server owner run a basic Skyblock experience inspired by Hypixel style menus and gameplay.

I want it to work with PocketMine MP 5, and save player and island data with either MySQL or SQLite. Please make the plugin usable out of the box, with the main commands, setup flow, and menu based interactions for common Skyblock actions like creating an island, joining or managing it, and opening island related menus.

Keep the code clean and organized so it can be expanded later, since this project is still a work in progress. If you need to check current PocketMine or dependency docs online, do that. Also make sure the plugin loads properly with the usual PocketMine plugin files and includes sensible defaults so I can drop it into a test server and try it right away.
