Build me a simple Windows desktop sticky notes app that feels like the old Mac Stickies experience.

I want notes that float on the desktop, stay on top, and are always easy to see. Let me create multiple notes, drag them anywhere, resize them freely, and choose a different color for each one. Keep the interface minimal, just a clean note I can type into without extra clutter.

Make sure the notes save locally and come back when I reopen the app, and keep it lightweight so it starts fast and can sit quietly in the tray. I’d like it to look native to Windows, but still feel simple and friendly. If you need to look up current Electron docs online while building it, go ahead.
