Build me an Android app called Sage AI that helps college students study from their actual syllabus instead of giving random chatbot answers.

I want it to feel like an AI learning companion for engineering and other degree students, where they can pick their department, semester, subject, and module, then ask questions and get clear explanations based on that curriculum. It should have a chat style tutor, support math and formulas nicely, and make it easy to generate study help like flashcards, notes, quizzes, formula sheets, and topic summaries. Also include a focus mode with a Pomodoro timer, daily study streaks, weekly review reminders, and a place to browse previous year questions.
