Build me a clean public prompt library repo for AI coding tools. I want it to feel like an “awesome list” for developers who use Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, and ChatGPT.

The project should contain a big collection of copy paste system prompts that turn an AI coding assistant into a specialist engineer. Organize them into clear folders like frontend, backend, full stack, AI and ML, generative AI, databases, DevOps and cloud, mobile, security, performance, debugging, data engineering, architecture, evaluation, and agent workflows.

Write a polished README that explains what the library is, who it is for, how to use the prompts in different tools, and why it helps people build, debug, review, and design software faster. Include tables that list each prompt with its file name and short description. Make it easy to browse, star, and contribute to. Keep the tone confident, practical, and developer friendly.
