Build me an Obsidian plugin that adds a simple editing toolbar for people who do not want to memorize markdown shortcuts. I want it to feel a bit like a lightweight Word style editor, with a clean toolbar that can sit at the top or follow the cursor, plus a tiny compact mode. It should work across multiple windows and tabs, let me quickly apply headings, bold and other common formatting, change font and background color, insert horizontal rules, align text left right center or justified, indent and outdent lists, and do undo and redo. Please include full screen writing focus and workspace focus modes, support custom command icons and names, nested menus, drag to reorder toolbar items, and a simple formatting brush for text and highlight colors. A small friendly editor modal would be great too. Look up current Obsidian plugin docs online if you need to.
