Build me a small HTML based toolkit for making clear visual artifacts from prompts, like wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, simple plans, and diagrams.

I want it to feel like a practical assistant for turning rough ideas into self contained HTML pages that are easy to review in a browser. It should help choose the right kind of artifact for the request, then generate something responsive, accessible, and polished enough to share. For wireframes, keep it low fidelity and focused on layout and flow. For prototypes, make one believable user journey with realistic states and interactions. For diagrams and plans, keep the structure clean and easy to understand.

Use the repo as the source of truth and make sure the examples and docs clearly show how each kind of artifact should be used. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online if you need to. I mostly want something that helps me go from a vague idea to a useful HTML artifact quickly, without a lot of setup.
