Build me a polished design system kit for my app that makes Claude act like a senior UX and UI designer, not a generic coder.

I want token based styling, a set of reusable components, and example pages that look production ready in light and dark mode. Please make it work across frameworks where possible, keep everything accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA and aim for AAA where you can, and make sure destructive, loading, disabled, and focus states all behave correctly. I also want the project to include clear rules that stop bad output instead of pretending it passed, plus a way to check the design with objective tests or gates.
