Build me a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that shows whether the current page loaded over IPv4 or IPv6.

I want an icon in the toolbar that changes based on the page’s connection, and when I click it, a small popup should open with a simple list of the IP address used for each domain that loaded parts of the page.
