Build me a working AI powered CRM from this repo and wire it up end to end so I can actually use it locally. I want people to be able to sign up, log in, land on a clean dashboard with stats and charts, manage leads in a drag and drop pipeline, and keep track of contacts, tasks, and notes. Please connect the backend and database properly, use JWT based auth, and make sure data is saved and loaded correctly.

Also add the Gemini powered pieces so the app can generate useful sales insights and draft emails from customer context. Include some seed data so the dashboard is not empty on first run, make the UI feel polished and responsive, and handle common errors cleanly. If the frontend submodule is missing pieces, finish them in the same style. I also want simple setup instructions and env placeholders so I can plug in Mongo and Gemini keys and run everything without fighting configuration. You can check current docs online if needed.
