Build me a clean curated directory called Awesome CMS that lists content management systems people can browse and compare. It should feel like an awesome list, not a full app.

I want the CMS entries grouped by technology, with sections for .NET, Go, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby, Rust, and Closed Source. Each item should show the CMS name, a short description, a GitHub link when it has one, a website link when available, plus simple badges for stars and last commit if that data exists.

Please keep the source data separate from the generated README so contributors can add or edit CMS entries without hand editing the final page. Add a script that rebuilds the README from the data, and include clear contribution instructions for adding new CMS projects.
