Build me a cross platform desktop app for quick translation and OCR. I want it to let me select text anywhere on the screen and translate it with a hotkey, type or paste text into a small translation window, copy text from the clipboard and have it translate automatically, and also take a screenshot of part of the screen to recognize text or translate the image directly. It should work on Windows, macOS, and Linux, feel lightweight, and live in the tray so it is easy to get to but out of the way. Please include support for multiple translation and OCR services, offline options where possible, text to speech if it fits naturally, and a simple plugin system so new services can be added later. Make the interface clean, friendly, and usable in multiple languages, and look up current docs online if you need to while building it.
