Build me a simple open source directory called Hiring Without Whiteboards.

I want it to be a friendly list of companies and teams that don’t use bad whiteboard style interviews, meaning no CS trivia, puzzles, riddles, or LeetCode style gotchas. The page should explain that real world discussions, pairing, take home projects, and practical work samples are good alternatives.

The main content should be an alphabetized list of companies with their careers link, location or remote status, and a short plain English note about their interview process. Include a section explaining how people can submit a company, and another saying people can ask to remove a company if their real interview experience doesn’t match the listing.

Please make it easy to maintain, ideally with a small JavaScript script that can format or generate the list consistently, and include basic contributing notes, criteria for being listed, recommendations for better interviews, and a code of conduct.
