Build me a WordPress starter theme for developers that feels clean, modern, and easy to extend.

I want the theme to have the usual WordPress template files for things like the home page, single posts, pages, search, 404, header, footer, and sidebar, plus a simple modular setup so I can drop in reusable parts for custom sections and post types.
