I want a college or school management web app that I can run locally in a browser. It should cover the main day to day campus work like admissions, administration, class timetables, examinations, HR, finance, library, transport, and student attendance, with separate logins for admin, employee, and student users.

Please make the setup easy so when I open it, it can check server requirements first, guide me through connecting a MySQL database, create the admin account, and do the basic institute setup. If possible, support both a sample database and an empty database so I can either explore it right away or start fresh. If sample data is used, keep the demo logins working for admin, employee, and student.

I would also like multilingual support, especially Arabic with right to left layout. Please make the main modules usable end to end and make sure the app runs properly on a normal PHP web server. Look up any missing setup details online if you need to.
