Build me a multi tenant school and college SaaS app called EduNexus, with a public website, a super admin area, a school admin panel, and teacher and student dashboards.

I want the public site to have a clean homepage, about, features, admissions, contact, and login pages. The super admin area should let me manage schools, users, subscriptions, see basic analytics, and change system settings. The school admin panel should cover students, teachers, classes, admissions, attendance, exams, fees, notices, events, gallery, timetable, and school settings. Teachers and students should have their own dashboard views too.

Please set it up so every school owns its own data, with login based access and role permissions, and a backend API that handles authentication, tenant scoping, and file uploads. Use the existing TypeScript stack in the repo, and make sure I can run the three apps locally on their expected ports. If you need to check current docs for anything, go ahead and look them up online.
