Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Go command line tool called witr that answers the question, “why is this running?”

I want to point it at something on my computer, like a process, a service, or a port, and have it explain in normal human language what caused it to exist right now. It should show the chain of responsibility, like what started it, whether it came from a shell, a system service, a supervisor, or a container, and what command was used.

Make the regular output clear and readable, not just raw system data. Also add an interactive terminal dashboard where I can browse running things and inspect why each one is there.

It should work as a single binary on Linux, macOS, Windows, and FreeBSD where possible. Include helpful flags, examples, install scripts, and a simple help page. Keep it read only and safe, it should explain things, not kill or change them. Look up current OS docs online if you need to.
