Build me a web app called InboxAlert that watches my Gmail and Outlook inboxes, figures out which emails are actually important, and sends me a WhatsApp alert when something urgent comes in.

I want a clean dashboard where I can connect multiple email accounts with Google and Microsoft login, see recent emails, read short AI summaries, and review the importance score for each message. The app should use a fast backend, background jobs for processing emails, and store account tokens securely. It should only send alerts for high priority messages, and include quick reply options like thanks, I will review today, or snooze.

Please make it work as a full product, with the frontend, backend, database setup, and local development instructions. If you need current docs for the email, WhatsApp, or AI integrations, look them up online. Keep the UI simple and modern, and make sure the whole thing runs locally with Docker too.
