preftech/dash-tabulator ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Dash component that works like a rich spreadsheet style table, using Tabulator under the hood.

I want to be able to pass in columns and data from a normal Dash callback, then let users sort, filter, group rows, select one or more rows, and edit cells directly in the table. When a row is clicked or a cell is edited, send that info back to Dash so I can update other parts of the page. I also want callback support for when the table data changes, and for header filter changes, so I can react to what the user is doing.

Please include a download button so users can export the table, at least as csv, and make it easy to switch the button text and style. It should also support themes and work with basic Dash apps without a lot of setup. If you need to check the latest docs for Tabulator or Dash, look them up online.
