prestodb/presto ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build an internal data tool, something like Presto. The main goal is to create a centralized query engine that allows users to run standard SQL to get data from many different sources at once. We have data all over the place: in big data systems like Hadoop and Hive, in traditional databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, but also in more modern systems like Kafka, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. This tool should act as a single access point to query all of them.

It needs to have a simple web interface where a user can type a query, run it, and see the results. There should also be a command-line client for more technical users or for scripting. The whole thing is a big Java application, so use Maven to build it. Make sure to set it up so it can connect to the wide variety of data sources I mentioned.
