Build me a Claude Code plugin marketplace site for a repo called Fractally Claude Marketplace.

I want people to be able to add the marketplace to Claude Code, browse the available plugins, and install them by name. The marketplace should include two plugins, ship it and stack it, with their own pages and docs. Ship it should help take a batch of issues or local changes all the way to merged pull requests, including implementation, review, cleanup, and keeping docs in sync. Stack it should help start a new project from nothing, pick a good tool stack, set it up, scaffold a working slice, verify it runs, and document the result.

Please make it feel polished and easy to understand, with a simple docs site and clear install instructions. If you need to look up current Claude Code plugin docs online, do that. Keep the repo organized so each plugin is self contained and easy to add to later.
