Build me a web admin panel for managing multiple X UI style panels from one place. It should have login with two roles, SuperAdmin and Admin, and let me control who can see and edit what. I want a clean dashboard where I can view users, traffic usage, limits, and basic status across connected panels, plus create, edit, and manage users easily. It should support 3x ui, Tx ui, Marzban, and Guard, and be ready to connect to more later if possible. Add a Telegram bot flow for selling and managing VPN access automatically, and make the interface look good in both dark mode and light mode. Please make it easy to run with Docker, include sensible defaults, and use current docs online if you need to check anything.
