Build me an AI document automation app for an incubation center called InnoDoc. I want a simple browser based experience where a startup user can create things like MoUs, purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and compliance forms, fill in a form or paste rough text, and get polished document content with AI help. It should have a clean split screen editor with live preview, smart field validation, voice input, version history, and inline comments.

Please make it feel like a real product with login for startup, mentor, and admin roles. Startups should submit documents, mentors should review and approve or reject with comments, and admins should manage templates and see basic analytics. Add notifications for email, Telegram, and WhatsApp if keys are provided, but it should still work nicely in demo mode with mock data and no AI keys. I also want language switching, responsive design, and export to DOCX or PDF.
