Build me a new version of Prisma for Node.js and TypeScript, focused on making database work feel simple and friendly for AI coding assistants.

I want a command that can set up a project quickly, write the needed Prisma config and starter files, and give me a clean way to define data models and run queries against PostgreSQL and MongoDB. It should feel polished, well documented, and easy to extend, with support for a few starter workflows like creating records, reading related data, and updating and deleting rows. If it makes sense, include the AI helper files and setup notes so Cursor or Claude can understand the project right away.
