Build me an ESP32 based 8 channel smart home controller that works with Alexa voice control and also with manual switches.
I want it to control eight relays for things like lights and fans, using an ESP32, an 8 channel relay module, and physical switches with pullup inputs. When WiFi is connected, the devices should appear in Alexa and I should be able to turn each one on or off from the Alexa app or by voice. If WiFi goes down, the manual switches should still work, and the board should keep checking for WiFi and reconnect automatically when it comes back.
Please make it easy to upload in Arduino IDE, with clear pin mapping, device names for each relay, and serial messages for each action. If needed, look up current library docs online and use whatever is most reliable. I’d also like both a normal switch version and a push button version, plus a simple README that explains wiring and setup in plain language.
