Build me a Claude Code plugin that helps someone run their job search from start to finish. I want it to set up a personal profile from my resume, job preferences, work history, and optional LinkedIn contacts, then use that info to find jobs that actually match me.

It should have slash commands for setup, job search, tailoring a resume to a job post, writing a natural cover letter, scanning my network for companies with openings, and helping apply on Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. Each job should get saved with the posting, tailored resume, cover letter, and application notes so I can keep track of everything.

Please also include a Telegram chat mode so I can send a job link or search request from my phone and have it kick off the same workflow. Store user files locally in a Proficiently folder so updates do not wipe personal data. Look up the current Claude plugin docs online if you need to.
