Build me a simple Matter connected home demo using this repository.

I want a working sample device that can be commissioned into a Matter home app and then controlled from a phone or controller, like turning a light on and off and maybe changing brightness if that fits the existing examples. Please make it easy to build and run on a typical developer machine, and use the project’s existing Matter SDK patterns instead of inventing a new setup.

If there are a few ways to do it, choose the most straightforward one and wire up whatever example app or build target already exists here. Make sure the code builds cleanly, the basic tests still pass, and the README or notes explain how to run it and pair it with a Matter controller. Look up the current docs online if you need to, since I mainly want a reliable working demo I can try right away.
