Build me a privacy first local AI assistant for macOS that feels like a modern JARVIS style app, with Korean as the main language and English support too.

I want it to run fully on Apple Silicon and work offline as much as possible, with a clean web interface for chatting, browsing documents, and seeing answers with source citations. It should let me drop in local files like PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, presentations, markdown, code, and images, then ask questions about them in plain language.

Please include voice input and voice output, a menu bar app, document search, file viewer, and a way to give thumbs up or down on answers so it can improve over time.
