Build me a simple desktop tool for Windows, Mac, and Linux that lets me connect an iPhone or iPad, trust the computer, and then pull data from the device through an easy dialog based interface.
I want it to show basic device info first, let me pick a working folder, and then give me clear options to save device details and installed apps to a text file, make normal iTunes style backups, make more advanced logical backups that also grab media, shared app files, and crash reports, and export those in either TAR or ZIP depending on the mode. It should also support decrypting backups, trying a backup password recovery option if needed, collecting unified logs, and doing a full filesystem backup for already jailbroken devices.
Please include developer features to mount a matching developer image when possible, plus extras like screenshots, filesystem viewing, network sniffing, and logging tools. Keep it practical and polished, and use Python 3.11. If you need to, look up the current docs for Apple device access libraries online.
