Build me a Claude Code plugin that turns a simple idea or outline into a polished presentation from one prompt.

I want it to generate either an animated HTML deck or an editable PowerPoint file, and ideally both when asked. The HTML version should be a single file, fit the viewport nicely, include smooth animations, and still work well if motion is reduced. The PowerPoint version should be fully editable, with proper text boxes, speaker notes, and sensible layouts.

Please include a handful of strong visual styles so the deck can feel different depending on the topic, things like clean corporate, bold editorial, dark tech, and minimal. The tool should also be smart about slide structure based on how long the talk is, make slides feel balanced instead of overcrowded, and catch layout problems before finishing.
