Build me an Obsidian plugin called Vault Operator that acts like an AI coworker for my vault.

I want a sidebar chat that can read my notes, search by meaning, write new notes, rewrite text I select, summarize PDFs, and help me turn scattered notes into organized knowledge. It should feel local first, work with either cloud models or offline models like Ollama, and support using the same agent from other apps through MCP.

Please make every action visible, ask before any write changes happen, and let me undo everything easily. It should also keep some memory across sessions, like short term chat history, lasting facts, and a profile of how I like to work.

If possible, include tools for ingesting sources with citations, finding broken links and orphan notes, and generating office documents like Word or Excel files. Look up current docs online if you need to.
