Build me a virtual insurance agent that can answer questions from the insurance exam PDFs in this repo using a retrieval based approach.

I want it to load the PDF documents, split them into useful chunks, create embeddings, and store them in a vector database so the app can find the most relevant passages before generating an answer. Use LangChain and Together AI for the question answering part, and make the responses clear and readable in Markdown.

Please make the notebook work end to end so I can run it and ask questions about the insurance material right away. If it helps, add a simple chat style interface so I can test it easily. Keep the answers grounded in the documents, and if you need to check current setup details or library usage, look up the latest docs online.
