Build me a Chrome extension for GitHub pull requests that helps people explain code reviews with a quick screen recording.

I want a Record button to appear on pull request comment areas, then a recorder that can capture a tab, window, full screen, a selected region, camera only, or screen plus camera picture in picture. It should support mic audio and tab or system audio, plus handy controls like push to talk, zoom, spotlight, cursor highlight, click effects, drawing, text, arrows, shapes, and a draggable toolbar that can be hidden while recording.

After stopping, I want a simple editor to trim and crop the recording, optionally remove audio, then upload the final WebM to Firebase and automatically post a short comment with a link back to the video. Make it work with a self hosted Firebase setup, including anonymous sign in for uploads, and if needed look up current docs online while building it.
