Build me a simple site that turns this bug bounty tips collection into something easy to browse and search.

I want the content grouped into sections like recon, subdomains, payloads, auth, SSRF, command injection, and misc, with a clean search box so I can quickly find a keyword or copy a snippet. The tips should render nicely from the existing text files and README content, and any code examples should be shown in a readable monospace style. It would be nice if I could click a tip or snippet to copy it, and if the page worked well on mobile too.

Keep it lightweight and practical, more like a handy reference dashboard than a fancy app. If you need to, look up current docs online for any libraries or best practices, but otherwise just build the whole thing in one pass.
