Build me a consent based remote management tool for Android test phones that I own. I want a web dashboard where I can log in, see connected devices, and open each phone to view basic logs like location history, contacts, call logs, SMS history, installed apps, app permissions, notifications, clipboard events, saved WiFi networks, and files that can be browsed and downloaded.

I also want a simple way to queue commands for a device, record audio only after clear permission, and send an SMS from the device when the user has approved that capability. Include an APK builder so I can create the Android client from the dashboard, and make sure the phone app clearly shows what it does, asks for permissions, and can be uninstalled normally.
