putyy/res-downloader ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple desktop app that can sniff and download common online media from places like WeChat video channels, mini programs, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, and music sites like Kugou and QQ Music.

I want it to work on Windows, Mac, and Linux, with a clean interface that feels easy for normal people to use. The app should let me turn on a local proxy, capture resources from pages I open in my browser, and then show a clear list of найден items like videos, audio, images, m3u8 files, and live streams. From there I should be able to preview and download the files easily. It should also support using a proxy server if needed, since some resources are harder to grab without it.

Please make it feel polished and straightforward, and if you need to check current docs or best practices online, go ahead.
