Build me a Linux app for managing Logitech keyboards, mice, and other Logitech devices. It should work with devices connected through Unifying, Bolt, Lightspeed, Nano receivers, USB cable, or Bluetooth.

I want a simple desktop interface where I can see my connected Logitech devices and receivers, check their status, pair and unpair devices, and change supported device settings. It should also let me customize buttons when the device supports it, and create rules that react to special device messages, like running an action when a certain button or event happens.

This should not try to be a full device driver. It should just listen for and respond to the extra Logitech messages that Linux normally ignores. Please make it feel like a practical Linux utility, with documentation for installation, usage, supported capabilities, rules, and known issues. Look up current docs online if you need to.
