Build me a simple Android app that lets people scan paper documents with their phone camera and turn them into clean PDF files really quickly.

I want the app to feel calm and easy to use, with a clear flow like open camera, take a scan, review if needed, then save or share the PDF. It should automatically find the document in the photo, fix the perspective, improve the image a bit, and generate a good looking PDF without making the user do lots of manual editing. If possible, add text recognition too so scanned pages can be searched or copied.

Please keep everything private and local on the device, with minimal permissions, no ads, no tracking, and no cloud upload. It should work offline and be focused on simplicity rather than lots of advanced controls. If you need to check current docs or libraries while building it, look them up online.
