Build me a small Python library for Telegram bots with Pyrogram that makes it really easy to create keyboards and paginated menus.

I want simple helpers for both inline keyboards and reply keyboards, so I can add buttons one by one or place them in rows without dealing with all the raw Telegram button objects myself. It should also have a nice pagination helper for inline keyboards, where I can pass the total number of pages, the current page, and a callback pattern, and it automatically builds the page buttons. Please include a language selection keyboard too, with a list of locale codes and a callback format.

Make the API feel clean and easy to use in a bot script, with short examples in the README. If anything needs checking against the latest Pyrogram docs, look that up online.
