Build me a JavaScript SDK and set of test reporters for Qase TestOps in one monorepo.

Also include API clients for Qase v1 and v2, since some projects will need to talk to the Qase API directly.

The main goal is that a developer can install the right package, configure it with their Qase info, run tests, and have the results show up in Qase without much setup. Please make it clean, consistent, and easy to publish as individual packages from the same repo.
