qbcore-framework/qb-phone — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an advanced in game smartphone resource for a QBCore FiveM server. I want players to open a clean phone UI and use apps for calling, messages, mail, banking balance and transfers, garage vehicle details, house details and key management, races, crypto, photo gallery, settings, ads or social posts, and an app store where some apps can be added or hidden.

Please make it work with the usual QBCore server setup and include the client, server, database import, config, and web UI files needed to drop it into a server. Police should have a MEOS app for searching, and the phone should respect job restrictions where needed. Photos should be able to upload through a Discord or Imgur style webhook.
